Tired of feeling tired? Bedtime is actually a good time to feel tired, but sometimes Anxiety keeps us all wound up and too awake.

In this Moonlight Movement PopUp we will practice some gentle restorative movements, a little breath work and some journaling to help clear the anxiety clutter from our brains, relaxing the mind and body for a peaceful night rest. Don’t worry, no yoga experience is needed, just your usual open mind and playful spirit.

For this lesson you will need:

  • A journal, notebook or blank paper to write
  • A fun pen, pencil or crayon (what ever utensil makes idea flow best…we will be writing our thoughts)
  • A yoga mat or soft surface to lay on
  • A blanket, pillow or yoga blocks for support
  • Water to drink
  • Comfy clothes to move in
