February is American Heart Month! This month, above all other's I invite you to follow your heart, follow your passions, and make healthy choices. Preventing heart disease is important and you don’t have to do it alone. Through the month I encourage you to follow The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute in their #OurHearts movement. Use the hashtag #OurHearts to share how you and your friends make healthy choices and encourage healthy habits. This month's shirt design is called "Open Heart Warrior". She is a symbol of leading with the heart, and fighting for a healthy self. 15% of all shirt sales this month will be donated to The American Heart Association.
