Tired of feeling trapped? Anxiety can make you feel trapped, stressed and tired. Sometimes having a clear direction is just what you need to break free.
In this lesson we find our own personal compass. A compass is a tool to point you in the right direction. It will help you point North even when you feel lost, alone and overwhelmed. In this PopUp Treasure Session we will get clear on what we want, why we want it and even a plan to get us there safely. Just like any exploring you must plan for an adventure and proceed with a curious spirit.
For this lesson you will need:
- A journal, notebook or blank paper to write
- A fun pen, pencil or crayon (what ever utensil makes idea flow best…we will be writing our thoughts)
- The printed worksheet found in the course content
- Collage materials (access to a printer to print pictures or photos and magazines to cut from)
